Band saw blades and their accessories keep resaw, curve cutting and scroll work running smoothly. Leabon’s band saw range covers both the cutting blade and the wear parts that make a band saw perform – including band saw rubber tires, scroll wheel rubber rings and band saw wheels.
Band saw rubber tires & wheels
The rubber tire (also called a rubber ring or band) sits on the wheel and grips the blade. A worn tire slips and damages the blade, so replace it at the first sign of cracking. We supply 8 inch, 9 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch, 14 inch and 16 inch sizes, in widths from 20mm to 35mm, in sets of 1 or 2 pieces to match common band saw wheels.
Choosing a band saw blade
For hardwood and softwood cutting, choose a blade with the right TPI (teeth per inch): coarser for fast resaw, finer for tight curves. Our multitool band saw blades cut both wood and thin metal, useful in a shared workshop.
Fit and compatibility
Match the wheel diameter and tire width to your machine. Each listing shows the exact wheel size, for example 8 inch 1425mm, 9 inch 1570/1575mm, 10 inch 1826mm, 14 inch 2560mm. Need help picking the right band saw accessory? Contact our team with your machine model.
