Features and Applicable Machines and Tools:
This page shows our drilling bit for PCB, bakelite wood etc. board, meanwhile, you can also visit our Milling Cutter Category for more other specifications.
Package: 1pc/box. Above price is for 1 package, 1pc.
1.Top imported tungsten steel material.
2.Wear-resisting and not easy to stick to mill cutter
3.The cutting bit processed by mirror grinding procedure through avanced machine.
4.High efficiency of chip evaluation.
5.Completely new cutting edge design breaks
through the original limit of the cutter and is
much more sharper.
6. Passed ten thousand tests to ensure the sharpness and never chipped.
7.We tested more finely on the original precision thread. Perfect spiral precision scheme, smoother up and down cutter.
It can be used in Adverstisement Router Machine, Woodworking Router Machine, CNC manufacturing Center, Hand Router etc. machines, and it can process various products such as PCB, Bakelite, Printed board, Carbon Fiber board, wood etc.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will a 3.175 mm shank fit my CNC collet?
Yes. 3.175 mm (1/8 inch) is the standard micro-CNC shank size and fits ER11 / 3.175 mm collets on most hobby and PCB engraving machines.
What materials can a 0.4-3.2 mm carbide bit drill?
Carbide micro bits handle wood, plywood, MDF, bakelite, acrylic, aluminum, soft plastics and PCB. For steel, reduce feed and use cutting fluid to avoid breakage.
What RPM and feed should I use for PCB vs wood?
PCB/acrylic typically 12,000-20,000 RPM with 200-500 mm/min feed. Wood/MDF 8,000-15,000 RPM with 600-1,200 mm/min feed. Test on scrap first.
Why does my micro bit keep breaking at small diameters?
Bits under 0.5 mm are fragile. Causes: excessive feed, poor collet runout, wrong RPM, or hitting a screw/nail. Use a high-quality collet and clamp the workpiece firmly.
How do I order custom diameters or lengths?
Send your drawing or sample to leabon@ileabon.com with quantity. Custom bits typically ship in 10-15 days.
