Shipment:

Q: When will you deliver the item?

A: Usually we will send it within 1-4 working days after paid. If it is out of stock, we will communicate with you by email or Whatsapp and you can cancel it if the delivery time is out of your expectation time.

A: How long it can arrive me?

A: For postal service, generally the item can arrive you within 15-30 days unless you are located in South America area, For South America area it generally takes around 40- days to arrive. If you choose courier service such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc. generally it can arrive you within max. 5-10 days wherever you are.

Q: Do we need to pay the import tax and extra fees?

A: Yes, our price does not include any destination fee and tax. If it occurs any extra fees at the destination customs, the buyer need to pay it. If the parcel returns back to us due to the buyers refusal to pay those fees, we would not send the parcel again unless the buyer completes those fees and pay all the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to this reason.

Return Policy:

Warranty will be voided as of:

(2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us.
