Small orders are welcome
We supply tooling and spare parts, not just bulk container loads. A workshop with one machine down needs one cutter head, not a hundred — so most items in our catalogue can be ordered from 1-3 pieces, and mixed orders of many different items are welcome.
Typical minimum order quantities
| Item type | Typical MOQ |
|---|---|
| Standard tooling — router bits, drill bits, saw blades, planer blades, milling cutters | 1-3 pcs |
| Carbide inserts, knives and small spare parts | 1 box or 1-3 pcs |
| Edge banding tape and edge banding glue | 1 roll or 1 box |
| Pneumatic parts and machine spares (valves, cylinders, sensors) | 1-3 pcs |
| Made-to-drawing and OEM tooling | Confirmed per drawing — depends on material, profile and quantity |
Your quotation always states the minimum quantity that applies to your specific items, and that is the figure which governs.
Mixed orders and trial orders
- Combine as many different items as you like in one order. There is no need to reach a minimum on each item separately.
- Trial orders are welcome. Test a small lot on your machine first, then scale up.
- Grouping many items into one shipment usually lowers your freight cost per item, because courier and air rates are driven by total weight and volume.
Custom and OEM tooling
For made-to-drawing tooling, send us the drawing (PDF, DWG or STEP) or a physical sample, tell us the material you are cutting and the machine you will run it on, and we will confirm the minimum quantity and unit price in the quotation. MOQ for custom tooling depends on the profile, the tool material and the set-up the job requires — a complex profile needs a higher minimum than a simple straight cutter.
Why we keep minimums low
Most of our customers are furniture factories, cabinet shops, joinery workshops and repair services that buy consumables continuously. Keeping minimums low means you can buy the tool you need this week and reorder when you need more, instead of tying up cash in a year of stock.
Not sure what to order?
Send us a photo of the tool you are replacing, your machine model, or a part number, and we will confirm what you need. Email leabon@ileabon.com, use the contact form, or read our shipping and payment pages.
