1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of carpentryaccessories.com and any order you place with us. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Foshan Leabon Machinery Co., Ltd., trading as Leabon, of 4-904, 6#, Yucheng 1st Road, Xichong, Lunjiao, Shunde, Foshan, Guangdong, China. “You” means the customer placing the order.

By placing an order or using this website you accept these terms. Where you order on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but dimensions, weights, tooth counts and photographs are indicative. Cutting tools are manufactured to tolerances, and a replacement may differ cosmetically from the item it replaces while remaining dimensionally correct.

Where we supply tooling for machines made by other manufacturers, we do so on the basis of compatibility. We are not an authorised distributor of those brands. Brand names such as HOMAG, Brandt, SCM, Biesse, KDT and Nanxing are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear on this site only to indicate that a part fits or is suitable for those machines. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those manufacturers. Original equipment parts should be ordered from the machine manufacturer.

3. Compatibility and suitability

You are responsible for confirming that a tool is suitable for your machine, material and application. To help, we publish specifications and answer technical questions before you buy. If you tell us your machine model, spindle speed and material we will recommend a suitable item, but the decision to run a tool on a machine rests with you.

Never operate a tool above the maximum speed marked on it, and always use the guards and safety equipment specified by your machine manufacturer.

4. Quotations, prices and orders

  • Prices and stock are quoted in good faith and may change without notice. Prices shown on this website are indicative and are not a binding offer.
  • A quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.
  • Your order becomes binding on us when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice.
  • Prices exclude freight, insurance, import duties and taxes unless the invoice states otherwise.
  • Obvious errors or omissions in a quotation, price list or on this website — including pricing errors — do not bind us, and we will tell you before proceeding.

5. Payment

Payment is by bank transfer before delivery, in the currency shown on the invoice. Bank charges outside China are payable by the buyer, and the invoiced amount must be received in full. Please see our payment terms for details. Goods remain our property until we have received payment in full, even after delivery; risk in the goods passes according to the delivery term stated on the invoice.

6. Dispatch, delivery and inspection

In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment clears. Made-to-drawing items are dispatched once production is complete, as stated in the quotation. Transit times quoted by carriers are estimates, not guarantees.

Please inspect the goods on arrival and report any shortage, damage or non-conformance within 3 days of delivery, following our returns and refunds policy. If a carton is visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and the goods before unpacking, and note the damage on the carrier’s delivery document.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our returns and refunds policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production, downtime, loss of profit, loss of contracts, or damage to machinery, tooling or workpieces.
  • We are not liable for loss caused by using a tool outside its stated specification, above its marked maximum speed, or on a machine for which it was not intended.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport or port disruption, customs delays, export or import restrictions, or supplier failure.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, drawings, catalogues and layout — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent. If you are a distributor and would like to use our product photographs and specifications in your own marketing, ask us first.

11. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Foshan, Guangdong, China.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from relying on consumer protection rights that apply in your own country and cannot be waived.
