Fast dispatch on in-stock items
In-stock carpentry accessories and machine spare parts are packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days after your payment is received. If you are ordering made-to-drawing or custom tooling, the production lead time is confirmed in your quotation before you pay.
We ship worldwide, from a single parcel of router bits to a full container of saw blades and edge banding tape.
Shipping methods and transit times
| Method | Best for | Typical transit time |
|---|---|---|
| International courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) | Small and medium orders, samples, urgently needed tools | 3-7 working days to most destinations, door to door |
| Air freight | Roughly 50-300 kg, when you need it faster than sea | About 5-10 working days, airport to airport |
| Sea freight (LCL or FCL) | Large or heavy orders, where unit cost matters most | About 20-45 days depending on route and port |
| Your own forwarder / EXW pickup | You already have a freight contract in place | You arrange collection from our warehouse |
Transit times count from dispatch, not from the order date, and do not include customs clearance at destination.
Shipping cost
- Freight is quoted separately and depends on destination, weight and volume. Tell us your port or city and we will quote before you pay.
- Courier shipments can be sent prepaid on our invoice, or freight collect on your own DHL / FedEx / UPS account.
- Air and sea freight are normally quoted to your destination airport or port.
What is included with every shipment
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Bill of lading or airway bill
- Certificate of origin on request
- CE documentation where applicable
- Material or dimensional inspection records on request
We send the tracking number as soon as the goods leave our warehouse, and we follow the shipment through to delivery.
Duties, taxes and customs
Import duties, VAT or sales tax and customs clearance charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer. If you need specific paperwork for clearance — a certificate of origin, a legalised invoice or a specific HS code breakdown — tell us before dispatch so we can prepare it.
Delivery address
Please give us a complete delivery address including postcode, contact person and a reachable phone number. Couriers need both a phone number and a postcode to deliver. Remote or island destinations may carry a surcharge, which we will tell you about before shipping.
Delivery terms
Our invoice states the delivery term for your order — commonly EXW, FOB or CIF. Risk in the goods passes to you according to that term. If you would prefer a different Incoterm, ask us and we will quote it for you.
