How to pay

Orders are settled by bank transfer (T/T), paid before delivery. We dispatch once the funds have cleared.

Payment schedule

  • Payment before delivery. The full invoice amount is due before the goods leave our warehouse.
  • For made-to-drawing or custom tooling, production starts after we confirm your drawing or sample and receive the agreed payment.
  • Once payment clears, in-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Where to send payment

Our bank details — beneficiary name, account number, SWIFT or BIC code and bank address — are printed on the proforma invoice we send with your order confirmation. Always pay to the account shown on that invoice.

Please be alert to payment fraud. If you receive an email claiming that our bank account has changed, do not pay it. Call us on +86-757-23620465 to verify before transferring anything. Please also quote your invoice or order number in the payment remark so we can match your payment quickly.

Accepted currencies

We invoice in USD by default. EUR and CNY are available on request. The currency is fixed on your invoice, so please pay in the invoiced currency.

Bank charges

  • Bank charges outside China are payable by the buyer, and the invoiced amount must reach us in full.
  • If a shortfall is caused by intermediary bank charges, we will ask for the difference before dispatch.
  • Please check that the beneficiary name is spelled exactly as shown on the invoice.

Documents you receive

  • Proforma invoice — for placing the order and arranging the transfer
  • Commercial invoice and packing list — with the shipment
  • Bill of lading or airway bill — issued by the carrier
  • Payment confirmation — on request

Methods we do not currently offer

Cash on delivery (COD), cheques, and credit card or PayPal payments are not available for export orders at the moment. If your company works with a different settlement process, contact us and we will see whether we can accommodate it.
