Metal Cutting Tools and Cemented Carbide Tools I. Classification of Metal Cutting Tools Metal cutting tools remove excess material from workpieces via cutting, grinding and other methods in mechanical processing to meet preset size, precision and surface quality. As a core part of CNC machine tools, they directly determine machining efficiency (high-speed cutting shortens working […]

A CNC router spindle is one of the most important parts of a CNC machine. It directly affects cutting accuracy, spindle speed, tool clamping stability, surface finish, and overall machining efficiency. When a spindle starts showing abnormal noise, overheating, vibration, weak tool clamping, or unstable speed, timely repair is important to avoid bigger damage and longer downtime.
In many cases, CNC router spindle repair does not mean replacing the entire spindle. Many failures are caused by worn internal parts such as bearings, grippers, drawbars, disc springs, rotary joints, encoders, or seals. Understanding the common spindle problems and the main repair parts can help users find a more suitable repair solution.
